To meet your precision coating needs, we leverage trade secret technology developed by Polaroid Corporation over many years that continues to be improved. This technology is rarely found outside of a small set of large companies with branded precision-coated products.

Our manufacturing equipment is unmatched in the flexible web coating industry. All operations are conducted in a Class 400 clean room environment or better. The flexibility of our coater, fluid make systems and experience of our people allows for the cost efficient production of both large and small batches. Both aqueous and solvent coatings can be applied in as many as six stations, with the ability to coat either side at any station at levels of precision not available anywhere in the world.
